I built my first company at 26. By 35, I was running three businesses with over 100 employees across multiple countries. On paper, it was a success. In reality, I was managing people more than building products.

At 53, I made a decision that changed everything. I replaced my entire operation with an Agentic OS — a system of specialized AI agents that handle coding, sales, research, content, and operations. One person. Zero employees. Full control.
